Biografía

TRAINING: 5.30am – 30 minute run with hill sprints.  6.00pm – 7.00pm – hard cardio work out incorporating all areas. 7.00pm – 8.00pm – MMA sparring/ technique drills. Train 7 days per week.

When and why did you start training for fighting? To test myself at the ultimate style of fighting


Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? Irish intermediate super heavyweight boxing champion.


Specific accomplishments in pro competition? UFR, Strike & Submit and Total Combat British Heavyweight MMA champion
