Jeff CoxTRAINING: I am training six days a week between two and three hours each day. With my coach Marcus Marinelli we pick one of the main areas of MMA (Grappling, Boxing, Kickboxing) and we will go full steam ahead. Conditioning is mandatory every day. When and why did you start training for fighting? My high school wrestling teammate Dan Bobish started to fight and needed a training partner. This was about ten years ago.
