Billy MilesTRAINING: Conditioning in the morning plus weights, then Muay Thai around noon, then wrestling and ground work in the evening. When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in 2003. I had completed my wrestling career and was still looking to compete. I ran into a friend (James Irvin) that said that he was training to cage fight. It sounded interesting to me, and other wrestlers that I competed against at the same time I did were fighting (Tito Ortiz).
