Biografía
TRAINING: I work out twice a day. Normally I'll do a hard training session in the AM then something more technical in the evening. Or vice versa. I do my day to day training in Kansas City at HDMMA, and then I go to American Top Team in Florida for the last 4 weeks. Training is great, and I'm feeling great.
When and why did you start training for fighting? 2005. I needed a competitive outlet after I completed my eligibility in college wrestling
What ranks and titles have you held? VFC Welterweight champion
Do you have any heroes? My mom.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes. The University of Nebraska. I earned a BA in History
