Biografía

TRAINING: I have been training my hands in combination with my takedowns.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I have been wrestling since I was 13 and have been involved in MMA since 1999.

What ranks and titles have you held? I try not to focus on what I have won or lost, but I can tell you that I can hold my own with any human in the world.

Do you have any heroes? I like different qualities in different people, but I have no heroes.

What is your favorite technique? I like the flow of techniques. There is not just one answer to execute a technique, there are many.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means going back home and fighting.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Bachelors Degree in Physical Education.

What was your job before you started fighting? I have always been training for fighting, but yes, I did sell vacuums for a living for a year or so.
