When and why did you start training for fighting? I started in 2018, training BJJ to lose some weight, and I really took a liking to it.
What ranks and titles have you held? Double champ of Demo Fight (SW and FW) and FW champ of WS Fighting
Who is your favorite fighter and why? Khabib is my favorite fighter, for his legacy, for his game that never falters, for his lifestyle, and for his mentality.
What fight do you consider to be the key fight in your career? Contender was the realization of my first dream. Contender is the most important.
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? A dream come true
Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? In amateur MMA, multiple-time Sergipe state BJJ champ
What are your current ranks in martial arts?
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I started three different courses but didn’t finish any - Accounting, Dentistry, and Physical Education.
What was your job before you started fighting? I used to work at my mom's emporium; I would do stock check and work as a cashier.
Favorite grappling technique: Rear Naked Choke
Is there a cause that you want to use your platform for? Of course. I come from a very small town of 8,000 inhabitants with no infrastructure whatsoever, zero education or sports. I want to use my influence for the benefit of children, so that they can have better opportunities for education, sports, and leisure as well.
Besides a championship or money, what motivates you?
Being proud of my family and my country and influencing women and children.
Favorite Striking technique: Straight right
Tell us about your life outside of fighting: I have a wonderful and very supportive partner in everything, we have a son, he is my stepson but I consider him my son, I have raised him since he was 5 years old, we have 2 dogs, Thor and Goliath, they are our darlings. And thank God I am blessed with this family. I am more of a homebody, I really enjoy watching movies and series, I like hiking and traveling, and whenever I can I eat different food in restaurants, I love to eat.
What is one thing you want UFC fans to know about you? That I am the strongest woman in the world and I will prove it to them, that I made mistakes like any human being, but that I learn from my mistakes and every day I try to correct myself and become a better person!
