When and why did you start training for fighting? When I was about six years old, I started karate at a school where I fell in love with the martial arts. Later, when I was 10, I got to know taekwondo, and I did the art for about three years to lose weight, as I was a very overweight child.
What professional titles have you held? Minas Gerais champion - Muay Thai, São Paulo jiu jitsu champion and Minas Gerais jiu jitsu champion
Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports? Two fights in amateur Muay Thai
Any belts/ ranks in striking disciplines? I am a black belt in Muay Thai
What has been your toughest fight to date and why? My last appearance on the Contender Series, as I had the worst pre-fight month of my life...the whole month injured, sick and full of medicines. But, at the end of the day, my arm was raised.
Who is your favorite fighter and why? Jon Jones, because he is scary and has done incredible things that I dream of accomplishing.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I already did the first administration period where I locked it to dedicate myself to fighting.
What was your job before you started fighting? I've already helped my father at an Internet cafe, pamphleteer, young apprentice, telemarketer and teacher.
Personal Life / Background: I like playing poker, beaches, running in the park, being in good company.
