When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training wushu sanda when I was 16 years old. When I was 20, I switched to MMA and started training at Gorets Fight Club.

What professional titles have you held? PROFC Champion & Eagle FC champion in MMA

Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports? 4-time European champion in MMA, 3-time world champion in MMA, European and world champion in Wushu Sanda. Honored master of sports in MMA, NAGA champion

What has been your toughest fight to date and why? The hardest was my fight with Renan Ferreira. He was much taller than me and long armed, he defended himself well from wrestling, hit hard, and gave very good opposition.

What do you consider to be a key fight in your career? I consider this upcoming fight to be the key one in my career so far, because the UFC is giving me a second chance to fight a top-ranked opponent. A lot will depend on this fight, so I see it as a defining moment for me.

Who is your favorite fighter and why? One of my favorite fighters growing up was Cain Velasquez. He’s no longer competing, but he was someone I always looked up to. Fedor Emelianenko is another fighter I admired a lot. Those are the fighters I watched and wanted to model my style after.

Is there a cause that you want to use your platform for? Whenever I can, I like to give back and help those in need and support my community. At the same time, as a professional athlete, I know how important health and proper nutrition are. That’s why I promote Tasnim vitamins - natural, halal-certified, and carefully tested to be safe for athletes and anyone who cares about clean, trusted nutrition. I hope to see them become a preferred choice for UFC fighters and fans alike.

Besides a championship and money, what motivates you? My main motivation is my family, especially my children. I fight to give them a better life, good opportunities, and the chance to enjoy our lives.

Personal Life / Background: I’m married with three children. I love spending time with my family, traveling with them, and being active with friends, whether it’s sports or other activities. When I’m not in camp, I focus on my family, my business, and personal development. I’m always trying to keep moving, learning, and improving in every aspect of life.
