When and why did you start training for fighting? Started as a kid and I started because I always had a pull towards martial arts. I always loved combat sport. As a kid I thought it was the coolest thing ever and had stuck with it since.
What does it mean for you to fight for the UFC? Everything. I worked so hard to get here and I'm not going anywhere
Who is your favorite fighter and why? GSP because his story reminds me of mine and just his mindset around martial arts.
Do you have any heroes outside of fighting? My Mom, my sisters and my closest friends. They give me strength and inspire me to be better everyday.
What are your current ranks in martial arts? Karate black belt, Jiu jitsu Brown belt
Specific accomplishments in pro competition? Holding the belt in Tahiti Fighting Championship
What fight do you consider to be the key fight in your career and why? My title fight in Tahiti and my latest fight in Brave. Because in Tahiti I showcased resilience and dominance against a very high-level fighter and Brave because that was my last fight before UFC against a tough opponent.
Is there a cause that you want to use your platform for? Inspiring people to pursue their dreams through discipline, resilience, and hard work
Beyond a championship or money, what motivates you? To become the best version of myself.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes I have a Bachelor degree in Economics
What was your job before you started fighting? I was an accountant
Favorite grappling technique: Bow and arrow, Darce, Eagle, executioner and Modified RNC
Favorite Striking technique: Elbows and Knees to the head
Tell us about your life outside of fighting: I have a dog and a bird that I like to annoy with love. Outdoor activities like cycling or inlines or hiking in the mountains is something I really enjoy and ofc granny hobbies like crocheting when my entire body is cooked and can barely move so that helps redirect energy outside activities
