Noke puts friendship aside on The Ultimate Fighter - Telegraph

By Kyle Noke - My quarter-final match-up on The Ultimate Fighter was a particularly tough match for me, as I'd trained with my opponent Kris McCray previously and we were good friends.

Many fighters will tell you that's it tough to get into the right mindset to fight a friend and it's true. I'd known Kris before the show and never expected to have to face him in a fight. As well as training together, we'd also hung out together and been round each other's houses, so we were pretty close.
